"Called this Office on 5/19 to Schedule appt. Told I Needed a Referral from PCP. I Explained I have Original Medicare Only (which doesn't Require a Referral) I was Dismissed. I had my PCP send Referral on 5/20 and was told it would take 7-10 days to Process and they Would be in Touch. I explained that my Situation is Rare and asked if there was anyway to Expedite the Process. NO! I asked for the Office Manager and was sent to her voicemail. I left a Message Requesting an Expedited process. Explained the Rarity and Severity of my Situation. I asked if she could Get the Drs Input on the situation and Not make the Decision herself. As 5/22 @ 3:30pm. No Response from Office Manager nor Anyone Else. An Insensitive Staff Counteracts Doing No Harm... If you're the Only Dr in your Specialty in the Town."
