Reviews
"After a year of passing by this place we decided to give it a try. All I can say is that the food and service was excellent. Very impressive. Will definitely be going back. They had more business than the Shake Shack across the street."
"Perfect example of a hole in the wall with amazing food! The yuca and chicharrones were phenomenal, not cooked to be very crisp and crunchy, but tender. The pork quesadilla has more than enough meat to justify the price and size! The papusas themselves were great too, only around $3.50/pupusa. They have tacos and a burrito too, but it's Salvadoran food, so you won't find chimichungas or enchiladas. Very reasonably priced for what you get, the yuca and chicharrones, 3 pupusas, a pork quesadilla and a large horchata to go was just shy of $45 making it just shy of $50 with tax. This is an ABSOLUTE MUST TRY!"
"Ate lunch here twice but just not a fan of the cuisine. Got a chicken taco and a pork taco. Very simply marinated meat, onion and cilantro wrapped in two corn tortillas. The corn tortillas could have been at least warmed up. They just had a raw taste and fell apart when I tried to pick up the taco to eat it. My son loves the food and he enjoyed all of the dishes he ordered. If you like Salvadorian food you'll love this restaurant. I saw several families eating here that were from El Salvador so it must be authentic."
"We live near this place, but had yet to try it. We were pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of the food we ordered. I had read other reviews about the pupusas. I didn't even know what a pupusa was. Well, they are great! It's a thick corn tortilla stuffed with various ingredients. We had the pork and cheese pupusas. I also ordered the fajitas mixta. Wow! That plate of chicken, steak and shrimp fajitas was great! It was so big, I had to get a take box. My wife ordered the steak and chicken plate (I forgot the name) and she enjoyed it too. Do yourself a favor and try this place!!"
"This place is the bomb. They had pupsas of all types and freshly made. The place is authentic and very relaxed. It was empty, but thats just unfortunate because the food is super. Go check it out if you've never had this type of food."
