"Was greeted by a very rude receptionist. Waited over 30 minutes after my appointment time when I showed up early. Had to walk out before I was even seen by a nurse or called back to a room. My sister could have died and had to be admitted to the emergency room because Dr. Muniz and his office failed to even start trying to schedule a surgery that should have been scheduled weeks ago, to remove a very rapidly growing mass in my sister's uterus. This office is absolutely garbage and I'm appalled by ableism that my sister had to endure from Dr. Muniz and his staff, and the complete disregard that I received."

"I had my kid years ago but instead of giving me medicine for my high blood pressure and sending me home for monitoring I was told I'd need to be induced and then pressured for the next 36 hours to have a c section. Turns out my Dr was going on vacation the week of my due date."

"Recently moved here about 6 months ago. I found this clinic for my ob/gyn care and only had two visits. My first visit was awesome. The provider I spoke with was very nice and listened to my concerns. I scheduled a hysterectomy with the surgeon, Dr.Muniz and had the procedure on 1/6. I had the surgery at Jackson Hospital and I will NEVER return to the hospital or the ob/gyn clinic. After my procedure, the surgeon made his rounds on the maternity floor and then LEFT without checking in on me. The nursing staff had to call him to return and check in on me. He and the charge nurse came into my recovery room about 30 hours post-op to yell at my mom and I because a nurse lied to him and told him I ripped out my IV. I asked for help multiple times to get to the restroom and change positions on the bed. I was left to my own devices almost the ENTIRE day after my surgery. The charge nurse called me “needy” and said I “complained more than any other patient” after having a major surgery. Dr. Muniz is demeaning and rude and should not practice medicine. Avoid this clinic at all costs!"

"I saw dr. Jackie and she was so kind and made me feel vert comfortable. Answered all my questions and actually listened to me. Ill definitely be going back there by choice. Great staff at the desk, friendly and welcoming. I traveled from panama city and id do it again over any OB here."

"This place is the worst! I have been waiting for six months to get a call from savannah to schedule me for a procedure. Dr. Michelle Baber is awesome she answered all my questions and called me back as soon as she got my sonogram results. But savannah I’ve called her she’s out due to covid, she’s working front desk because there short staffed and doesn’t have five min to send me an email to fill out the forms needed. Finally went in front desk was really rude the lady in the front told me savannah was not in I told her can I sing the forms since I’m already here. She said I don’t know what forms so let me see what I can do and shrugged her shoulders. She came to the front five min later saying “I found them had to video call her to find out what forms you have to sign. She’s out because her daughter is sick” (I’ve worked in a medical field and everyone in the office has to cross train in case someone doesn’t come in or suddenly quits) I signed the forms here I am 2 months later still waiting for a procedure date…"
