"I’m giving 3 stars only because my son is living. On Feb 14, 2022 I was rush to the delivery room my first time giving birth. I felt like there was too many nurses in the room trying to give a demand for me to push I was so confused. And I couldn’t feel my legs I was super numb from the epidural trying to push. Dr. Samuels was assigned as my delivery doctor but because Dr. Larrimore was considered the on call doctor she came in which I think it’s the most craziest thing ever. Dr. Larrimore was yelling at the nurses and then she use the vaccum to get my baby out since pushing wasn’t working the vaccum didn’t work either. They took for ever to get me to the emergency room felt like almost 10 minutes while my baby is losing oxygen by the minute. When I finally get to the emergency room Dr.Larrimore still yelling at the nurses poor communication. They finally get my son out no crying he’s now just limp they use the aed on him he finally cries after 2 or 3 times using the aed. Now I was told he was going to have to be rushed to rockdale for brain cooling basically mean he was out of oxygen for so long he may be brain damage. One of the nurses who told me was trying to explain in doctor terminology but I was able to break it down and ask questions to really find out what it meant. Thank the lord a hour goes by and another doctor told me he was doing good so he doesn’t have to go. This was one of the worst experiences ever for a first time mom. Now I have a strong active baby boy all because of the lord was watching over him. I had a wonderful pregnancy with no issue to almost losing him at the hospital. Never again I might do home birth next time. Dr. Larrimore never check up on me to see how I was doing she came in delivered and bounced smh."

"I went to this office while pregnant with my son from 2015 to 2016. I believe the midwife that delivered my son was named Barbara. She was amazing with delivery! Loved her! However, I am no longer a patient here because I could hardly ever get through on the phones. Also, when I arrived for my first appointment I gave them my two insurance cards and they only scanned one which created huge bills for me during my pregnancy. I had paid most of them before realizing what had happened. When trying to get this straightened out, I would call and leave several messages for the billing department and would never receive a call back. It took months to sort this issue out due to no one answering or returning calls. The staff seems nice when you go in, but not very great about returning phone calls. Once I was able to get through to someone, they worked with me to get the issue resolved, but the phone tag was a hassle. After delivering my son and finishing with follow up appointments, I have now switched to a different OB/GYN."

"Absolutely love the staff. They were very helpful when I was pregnant and when I go in now that I have had my little girl they always check on how I have been doing and always ask about my daughter. Will definitely stay with them and for my next pregnancy. Thankful to have found a great doctor and staff when I was pregnant that I will forever go to living in the Covington area"

"I used Dr. Larrimore's office through all three of my pregnancies. Her [past] midwife, Patti delivered my first and Dr. Larrimore delivered the last two. I absolutely LOVE this office. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff knows you by name, even when you haven't been in years. They are always very friendly and professional. I have never had to wait very long to be seen. They are very involved and strive to give you the best care possible. The only bad experience I have ever had there was with one ultrasound tech but other than that, it has been a wonderful experience all three times!!"
