"The owner of this practice is literally trash. She talks to people like they are peasants and doesn’t let you get a word out before she begins to shut you up without hearing anything. Very unprofessional. She was all over the place spilled iodine everywhere and just down right rude and dismissive. She didn’t know what procedure was suppose to be done in the room she was in. She doesn’t give you any proper information or inform you on anything. Not to mention she could take some personal grooming tips. Appointments have to be rescheduled almost 10 times before your actually seen. Not to mention the safety hazards."

"Horrible experience at this office and Warner Robins location. Drove 2 hrs for a scheduled appointment and the office was closed with nobody there. After, I had to reschedule twice because the doctor came late to the office. I waited 2 hours after my appointment time to be seen by the nurse then 30 more minutes to be seen by the doctor. After a month of waiting for my results, I was never notified about my condition until I ASKED at my appointment. Prescriptions are not sent until the next day. When I call with concerns no help is given, and no call back is received. The doctors are very nice and comforting, yet it feels like overall the offices do not care about their patients. I will not be returning and hope better for them in the future."

"This is the most unprofessional, lazy & conniving doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. Please know your deductible as well as your benefits for your health insurance. They will test your knowledge and try to charge you more than what you’re suppose to pay.The lack of communication is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. The front desk staff is horrible. They don’t care about anything & they’re just working for a paycheck. It’s all in their tones & body language. I honestly don’t know how the office is still up & running .."

I can be a hard critic of care facilities and the people employed by them. My first time at ObGyne Consultants was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. I really appreciate her weekend hours. Especially, when our regular doctors won’t talk to us or see us unless were in the hospital. Coming to this office is like dealing with trusted family. I had a wonderful experience when coming into ObGyne Consultants. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. "I visited this office for some testing. I met with the Nurse Practitioner on the first visit (consultation). She explained everything well and told me what to expect on my next visit. Three weeks later Dr. Sogade performed my tests. She was friendly and also explained everything well. Two weeks later I had a follow-up visit for my results and I was finished. From the front desk staff to nurses and Dr. Sogade, I enjoyed my visits. I did have to wait a while to be seen. It took almost 30 minutes from my arrival to be called to the back, even though I showed up on time. Also, this office is considered a specialist so don't be surprised at your bill."
