I'm currently without my Diabetes equipment for 4 weeks because of this. You pretty much have to go up there and stand in there face to make them do some work. I DO NOT believe in waiting hours given that I made an appointment, which is the reason for scheduling. Everyone was helpful throughout my serviced time and I was well pleased. "I have never written a review online, much less had the experience with my Primary that I felt I needed to. I had an Annual Physical appointment, on the day/time I arrived I was the only patient in the lobby. I was on time, and I was taken back to the exam room quickly but then left in the exam room for 2 Hours. I came out once during the time and all I see is staff hanging around. When the Doctor did show up he did not acknowledge nor apologize for being 2 hours late. As I had to leave my exam was brief (not what I have had in all prior annuals) and not what I expect from my Primary. Worse my labs have been back for 2 weeks as of this writing and I have had to call two times to see if the Doctor reviewed them; I can and have read them and I do need care/medicine. Navigating the automated phone system I never received a call back when choosing this option, and when I did finally reach one person they said over the phone my "labs looked good"??; Key items are the Red; definitely Not Good. Another week goes by Still no notes or feedback from the Doctor; I call again and I was told by this person to give the doctor another week to get back and if not call back. No one has called as of this writing. This is really poor patient care. Has eroded any confidence in this practice. I will be finding another Primary Care Practice."
