"I can’t say enough wonderful things about this office! They are on time and efficient. The office itself does not have a traditional “doctor’s office” feel, but instead feels like you are visiting someone’s home. It’s a great environment especially for people who get nervous going to the doctor. I see Dr. Fortson and she is wonderful. She is thorough, kind, and approachable. Would definitely recommend!"

"I’ve been contemplating about doing this… but I have to say that Dr. Jones is one of the WORST doctors I’ve ever been to in my entire life! Not trying to throw the race card, but I wonder if that had something to do with the way I was treated!"

"I’ve actually been debating on writing a review for the longest, contemplating on whether my experience would be informative to anyone. This has been weighing on my heart and I feel I need to spread some awareness. In early February, I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I researched providers that were in my network and this clinic was one of them so I scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, the environment was nice and the staff was friendly. The first red flag was that on my first appointment no labs were taken. No blood was drawn.. only a urine analysis. My baby’s heart rate was relatively low compared to the average rate of a 6 week old embryo. No labs were done. I went back 2 weeks later and my baby’s HR was still low. They informed me that this was indicative to a miscarriage. I informed them that I was having UTI symptoms so they prescribed me medication to treat it. Still no labs done. I returned again 2 weeks later just to find out that my baby didn’t have a heart beat anymore. I was heart broken but of course there’s no way to really tell the cause of a miscarriage. I’m pregnant again and decided to go back because I had a UTI again and didn’t want to risk this baby. I was still too early to go in for an ultrasound but I needed to get medication. I was prescribed Amoxicillin and when taking that medication I developed a yeast infection. I called in and informed them. Instead of calling me back they went ahead and put in a prescription for Fluconazole (Diflucan). Thank God I looked up this medication because it’s a category D, meaning it’s not recommended for pregnant woman. The medication is known for causing birth defects and/or miscarriages. If you go on their website and look under “Patient Resources”, they have Monistat listed as a treatment for yeast infections so why was I given this risky prescription? This negligence still haunts me because I can’t imagine a provider knowingly giving this medication to someone who is expecting rather than calling to discuss safe treatment options. I hate to bring race into the situation but as a woman of color I felt a little targeted. I strongly recommend that ANY woman looking into providers do their research. All providers don’t have your best interest or your child’s(ren) best interest at heart."

"I hadn't visited this office since 2019, and in the meantime, they stopped participating with my insurance. Rather than tell me that WHEN THEY SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT and I CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS THE SAME INSURANCE, they waited until THE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT to call and say, "Oh, we only just realized that we aren't in network with your plan anymore. Do you want to come in as self-pay instead?" Of course not! That's a very unprofessional way of doing things, and I am extremely irritated. This visit has been scheduled for weeks, and I had already confirmed the appointment again a couple of weeks ago. It's so difficult to take time off work, and for them to act this way makes it clear that they don't value my time at all. I will certainly not be back now, and I will be sure to let the women I know that this office plays games with your time. While we're airing our grievances, I hate how their receptionists put you on hold as soon as they pick up, without waiting to see if you even respond first. There's being efficient, and there's being rude, and I think it's clear which category that behavior belongs to. I hate having to find a new doctor, but there's no other option. I'm certainly not going to pay them out of my pocket after being treated this way."
