"If I could give zero stars would. The doctor doesn’t tend to her patients properly. She rushes through care and doesn’t seem to take time to explain why she is prescribing something or even listen to the patient it’s her way or no way. Her staff except the two Hispanic MA’s are absolutely unprofessional . They say that they have “nurses” when in fact they don’t at all. They make up “facts” concerning patient care and hang up the phone in your face . If you try to speak up about your care they dismiss you. Overall this experience has shown that all this practice cares about is money . They charge 2 dollars for a mask. 2 !"

"I have read all these negative reviews of Dr. Scott and I will admit that I was a bit apprehensive about my first appointment. I saw her yesterday and I must say I did not experience rudeness from the staff nor anything unprofessional from Dr Scott. She explained everything to me as we went along and I was treated with the utmost respect. I will continue to see her now that my GYN has retired."

"I absolutely love Dr.Scott and her staff. I have been a patient since 1997. She has always been very attentive to my medical needs and even pauses to answer and explain all of my concerns. She is someone you can trust. The office is very clean, organized and inviting. The staff is diverse and very friendly at all times. I Love, Love, Love this practice!"

"While this review is in my husband's name, please know that I am very much a woman. I love Dr. Scott. She is amazing. She actually cares about her clients. She gets to know you, the real you, the human aspect of you. I even followed her when the practice moved to Snellville. This is such a drive for me, but so worth it. The staff at the front is always welcoming and warm to me. They do have thick accents and sometimes can come off snarky, but these women are wonderful, warm loving caring ladies. There is almost always a 30+ minute wait before being called, so plan accordingly. But that is the only negative to coming to this office. AMAZING!!!!!"

"Very clean and inviting. The waiting room seating are so comfortable. The young ladies that work in the office are very professional and caring. Dr. Scott-Miller is one of the best.
