"Not a fan of how the receptionist Kristal treated my wife and I on our first visit, she didn’t even acknowledge us but my wife loves the doctors so we stay. Very often My wife leaves here emotional and disappointed because it’s her first pregnancy and she wanted it to be more welcoming and friendly but again it is very far in her pregnancy so she decides to stay. We won’t be back after this baby though. Customer service needs to be better towards people of color and all phone calls need to remain professional."
