"Do NOT see Dr. Amanda Phillips. I saw her today only because the doctor I regularly / see (Kristina Loussaint) was out on vacation- big mistake. Phillips did NOT harbor a safe and judgment free environment for me. She kept asking me a question multiple times that I had already answered- she did not believe my answer and was expecting me to answer otherwise because I could tell she was judging me. It is a doctors job to create a safe space for patients to be able to tell all their personal details in order to get proper care but her judgmental attitude does NOT allow for this. Doctors like her are the reason people do not feel safe telling their doctors the truth and do not want to go to doctors and end up with illnesses that could have been prevented if their doctor encouraged the honest truth. Very poor care."

"This Lady I have been coming to for a year and a half. Went last Thursday and she was nasty because I asked for something that I had already explained prior to making my appointment. I was trying to explain to her but she was acting like I was aggravating her, she treated me like I she was doing me a favor. I did speak to a Supervisor or Front desk manager who stated she will mentioned in their staff meeting. But what about me as the Customer??? I am so done with Phillips."

"She is a terrible doctor with a disgusting attitude. My guess is - she has lost her passion and should pursue some other profession. She’s miserable and treats her patients as thought they’re numbers. If you’re looking for a doctor who actually respects her patients, listens and actually care about your well-being, she is NOT your doctor."

"Very rude with poor bedside manner. Not worth the one star. I would not recommend her or Eagles Landing OBGYN this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had being pregnant. Most of the staff was rude throughout my entire pregnancy. Glad it’s over with once I get my 6 weeks check up I’m never going back."
