"One annual visit turned into two visits and multiple phone calls. After getting my Pap smear, I got a UTI. I went back to get a prescription for the UTI. I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour as people who came in behind me got seen first. Eventually, they came and got me and she kept asking where I was or if I had stepped outside to get a phone call. They didn’t realize I was sitting right there the whole time. I never left the waiting room. I was sitting right in the front the whole time. They never called my name. It is currently two weeks later and I have had to call multiple times to ensure that the prescription was actually sent down. They kept telling me it was sent down and the pharmacy kept telling me they don’t have it. “Sorry the doctor got busy and wasn’t able to send it. It’s been sent down now”. “Sorry, looks like it was written down but hasn’t been sent down in the system yet. It’s been sent down now”. Additionally, the doctor asked me exactly what birth control I’m on and she sent the wrong one down. She sent down a heavier strength and I was told “you can take it. It’s up to you”. Why would I randomly increase the dosage of a medication that I’ve been taking for over a year because of your mistake? Now I’m behind on taking a pill that I’ve taken religiously and consistently for over a year now. Going to the doctor should be easier than this. It should have been one trip and my regular prescription and I shouldn’t have had to see them or speak to the again for a year."

"Terrible doctor. It was the worst doctor visit I have ever had. I had an annual woman exam with Dr. Paccione at the Dunwoody Comprehensive Women's OB/GYN clinic. She spent less than 5 minutes with me. She asked me a few questions about my family history, did a quick swab for testing, and asked if I had any questions. Dr. Paccione did not perform any breast or pelvic exams unlike any doctor I had before. It felt like she was there to collect payment rather than caring for her patients. I would not recommend anyone to this doctor."

"I wanted to build a relationship with my doctor and be a face with a name when I arrived for appointments. However, that wasn’t the case, Dr. Paccione spent very little time with me. At 9 weeks my morning sickness went away and I felt completely normal. I made an appointment to go in, so I could hear my baby’s heartbeat. During the appointment, the nursing staff wasn’t as sympathetic as I needed them to be. I understand they have a checklist to follow, but I was only there to detect a heartbeat. Unfortunately, just one week after my 8 week ultrasound, a heartbeat wasn’t detected. I cried that day, and no one even offered me a tissue. I was told I needed to figure out how to get rid of the demise pregnancy. My heart still hearts, I wish Dr. Paccione, sonographer, and check-in assistant just showed a little compassion. Missed miscarriages maybe common to them, but it wasn’t to me."

"I was so very pleased with my GYN visit with Dr. Paccione! She treated me with patience and kindness. She was extremely thorough and made me feel like I was in good hands. I am truly grateful to her for answering all my questions and taking the time to make me feel comfortable. She is amazing and really cares about her patients!! Highly recommended!"
