"I had to put 1 star just to write a,review or he would have recieved 0. This "Dr" is no advocate for me. He refused to help me with my pain because I declined a pelvic exam. Which I had just had one 2 weeks prior by his pushy, fast talking, rude NP. This was my first visit to Keiser and I waited for 2 hpurs and didn't even see the actual doctor i mafe the appointment with. At my first very disappointing uncomfortable painful visit, I signed a waiver for them to get my records. They were sent but Dr. Valls claims they never received them. As well as there were no notes from the exam his NP did. He got very angry when I said I would note that I insisently told him how much pain i was in and he refused to help me by no fault of my own. He preceded to tell me I must go get my records myself and bring them to him. Anyhow I ended up in the Kennestone E.R last night where a doctor that actually cares told me to drop this so called doctor as he was not even being an advocate for me nor caring aboutthe amount of pain I am in. I would never suggest him to anyone."
