"This shouldn't even be called a business...I have been waiting for the copy of a bill from a surgery for over 16 days. I can never get anyone to look it up, they don't even know where the release form I signed and sent them is because so much time has elapsed since I requested the documents. My surgery went well, but what does it say for a business when people are not returning phone calls, hanging up on you, etc. I have never had such poor customer service in my life. Never using them again."
"Everything there looks particularly clean, and feminine in a modern, delightful way. I was given a "real" robe to wear for my exam instead of one of those cold paper sheets. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable, friendly, and made everything seem as normal as possible. I didn't have to wait long after finishing my paperwork, so overall, I'd say it was great. Best "doctor" experience in quite a while."
