"I have seen Dr. S at this practice for over 18 years. I followed her there from another practice several years ago. I also travel a good hour to this office. She was instrumental in helping us through infertility and I have always been thankful for that…I’m not sure if the practice is under new management but if you’re looking for a new doctors office…beware. They overbook, leaving you to sit in the waiting room for a LONG TIME, only to put you in the private waiting rooms to wait longer. I had some medical procedures done in September of 2023, and got billed for it in January of 2024. They tried to blame it on my insurance but I can see when claims are received and they didn’t get those until January of 2024….I went back for another procedure in early January. I hadn’t been called about the results for close to a month so I called to follow up. They gave me the run around and couldn’t explain why no one had called. She wanted me to set up another visit (that I would have to pay for) to go over results…which from what I can see in my chart look normal…when I asked for a televisit like the one I had in September, she told me they don’t do televisits in a very rude tone. They don’t respond to my chart messages. For the September visit, I had to return to the office because the assistant didn’t take a urine sample. Every gyno visit requires a urine sample! Again, not sure what’s going on but after 18 years of seeing Dr. S, I will not be returning to this office."

"Nadine Donahue was very welcoming, nice, and informative. She was very helpful in finding what was right for me. She is definitely an asset to the Wellstar team. I have already referred my family to her. The front desk staff are always nice and welcoming."

"I have been to this office now 3 times and each time I have received excellent care. All the staff from the front office to the nurses, Randi, Margarita (NP) and Dr. Chang have been friendly and very thorough. I have surgery scheduled with Dr. Chang and everyone made me very comfortable and well informed on what to expect. I feel like I am in good hands."

"I have been a patient for over 15 years of Dr. Chang. I used to love them but the quality of care is not the same. I live in Flordia and was flying back and forth to see her. Dr. Chang recently operated on me and I am having huge problems. I was up there for my post op then flew back home. I am now having some issues and will be back for almost 3 weeks during Christmas and I had a appointment scheduled. They canceled my appointment and rescheduled with the Np, but now the Np will not see me and says I have to see Dr. Chang which apparently has no appointments till after January. Great way to treat a patient having huge issues after surgery. A surgery that she performed. I do not recommend this practice. It has slowly declined over the years. No quality of care.."

"I do not recommend this practice. Because of a rare pregnancy condition, I had 11 appointments with them over 2.5 months. They routinely overbook the appointments which means very long wait times to see hurried providers. The office staff is hit or miss, depending on the person. I only saw one midwife, but she was uninformed about my condition and unprofessional. Dr. S handled my surgery, which was successful. However, she was always so busy with her workload that I never received good care in the office. Overall, my experience was very negative. I know that there is better care available at other practices."
