"I was on hold for a long time, someone called me the wrong name and asked me to hold longer, when someone did pick up they were very short and rude with me. The second time I called, I literally had her pick up and ask what I wanted, and I literally was mid-sentence when she transferred me without saying a thing. It was super rude. They are also scheduled out over a month and a half... it was just not a good experience."

"Most of the doctors and midwives I have dealt with have been great. I am appreciative of their help and support during pregnancy. But it’s really frustrating every time I call to try to make an appointment and am met with attitude by their schedulers. I am in the final weeks of my pregnancy and was told to call and schedule my final appointments before delivery by the check out scheduler because I was unable to do it in person without first talking to my high risk OB and getting that schedule in place first. But their schedulers over the phone always get upset that I am asking for them to do their job and just following the instructions I was given by the staff."
