"Overall the experience was basically good. My sonogram was done timely and very professionally. 5 star. My actual appointment with my doctor was not timely. I waited over an hour. Once they realized I had been waiting so long they apologized and proceeded to become more timely. The doctor was very informative and pleasant dialogue transpired once the explanation of the delay was given. My recommendation is to have someone pop in to explain that the doctor is running behind due to a serious situation and they will be with you as soon as possible. Then they can perhaps give me the option to reschedule if I choose to. My previous experiences were excellent so I was understanding when things were a little off that day."
