"I was referred to Dr. Guster by my PCP in March. I called and the soonest she had available was July. I scheduled for July and the office called and cancelled a few weeks before my appointment. At that time they said we can schedule you for Sept 29th. I go in today and after waiting for more than 2 and a half hours I decide.....it's time to go. I'd read good reviews about Dr. Guster but it makes absolutely no sense to have a patient waiting that long. Especially a new patient. If you value your time like I do I would not recommend scheduling with Dr. Guster."

"I absolutely love dr Guster. She made sure all of my questions were answered. Made sure I didn’t miss anything with my last pregnancy. Made sure everything went great with my son all the way up to my schedule csec. I wished she was around for all of my other children. I could not thank her enough for everything that she did for me and my baby."

"I can not recommend this practice to anyone. I have attempted 4 visits here with absolutely no resolution nor guidance with my issue. My experience with the office has been that to get an appointment you will need to wait a month unless the nurse tells the front desk where to add you in on the schedule. Even then the process took numerous calls from me and messages through the mychart portal to finally get scheduled. Following my last appointment I messaged the nurse because I was having additional issues following an US. I was told the Dr. would address it the next week during my appointment. I was left to worry for the entire week. I showed up for the appointment and waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to see Dr. Guster to basically be told what another doctor has set me up on sounds good...see me in 6-8 weeks. I am done with this office! Dr. Guster is nice and friendly but has not been helpful at all. I feel like I have donated my money to this office, and have wasted far too much of my time."
