"They will steal your vehicle, tell you a price to get it back, once you get there they will tell you it is in cash only (something they do not disclose over the phone) and can not give you a receipt unless you come back the following Monday. If you try to to let them know that they should tell you that it is a cash pick up the tow truck driver will put his hand on his gun and ask aggressively “what are you going to do about it”? As if you were not trying to pay them and get the vehicle back. You might as well call the cops after that because they will turn the phone off and refuse to give the vehicle back then try to charge you for having the car there overnight. I’ve never had someone that seems to hate their job so much that he would refuse to do it when you are trying to figure out how to get it out and intimidate you with a firearm. This place is a bunch of liars and thieves. I’ve never been threatened when trying to get a service but it will be the last."
