"Going to buy a new car, they give me an estimate for full coverage at a certain rate, buy car, they make me pay for 3 months on the spot at about 15% more than estimated... less than a month later my insurance has jumped more than 15% again and they force me to pay to keep me insured.... get into an accident where somebody hits my car and can't stop these idiots from constantly calling me. Please pay for police report and send it to us, we can't view your pictures, multiple statements. They even call me on accident after 2 weeks thinking I'm the other party involved because he won't call them back. They start asking me stupid questions making it seem like they never even read my statement after I give then a callback and explicitly tell their agent I don't have time for a long convo. They then say I am at fault when the other driver clearly made insanely unsafe maneuvers and hit my car. It sucks I have to deal with insurance companies but luckily I get to choose. Don't know how bad their shifty judgement is going to increase my rates this time but I'm sending an offer to every other company to match their rates and staying the hell away from all state and specifically this terribly run agency and my family is coming with me. They didn't even approve to replace parts that where damaged. Save yourself some trouble and stay away, literally a hair away from being actual scam artists. They will ruin your future insurance rates as well as your repairs."
