"About 2 years ago cotton state paid for half of a roof on my home of a roof that was 10 years old this year in 2022 I had storm damage on the other half which no one wants to replace half of a roof I'm having problems I'm having trouble trying to get the roof replaced I don't know what to do it just sad my experience is bad very bad I feel I'm taking advantage of I feel like they could replace that whole roof and I wouldn't be going through this this year my rating is a negative 000"
