"I was accused of tampering with products. The only thing I was actually doing was making sure I didn't buy damaged merchandise. (Which had already happened twice) No item left the original container, no seals broken. My actions did no harm to person, place, or item. When asked what I was to do with damaged product I'd I bought it I was told It was my problem once purchased. He was unwilling to check himself to make sure his customers received good product. So you gamble when buying anything from this store."

"I bought a 16 oz bag of ohm gold tobacco on 11/10/2022 ( I have an electronic cigarette roller). The tobacco is so old and dried out that it jams the machine every time. I brought the tobacco back and was told there was nothing they could do!!! Rolling tobacco does NOT have a manufacturer date/Expiration date.. I will not shop there anymore!!!! I work too hard for my money, just to throw it away!!!!"
