"Nice to you in person, but once you're out of the office you are the least of their worries. Had 2 tests done and changed my lifestyle waiting for these results just to be ignored for weeks. No call with results, just mychart updates with figures I can't read and don't know what to compare to. Requested a phone call twice and Doctor was too busy to call me back? Doesn't have 5 minutes to cover test results with me? Do I have to be dying to get taken seriously? On top of this, the same doctor set a follow up for 3 months from now. If he can't remember to call me after 2 tests were done to cover results, how am I supposed to trust he'll remember the basis of this follow up. I can't get results now, why come back in 3 months to be played with again."

"Dr. Ramaswamy is perhaps the nicest and most thorough Cardiologist I have ever worked with. I had been suffering for months last spring and his office was the first to take it seriously. I was feeling concerned and mildly uncomfortable again, but left with a solution. I have never had such top notch healthcare. Also, Carol is a kind and effective staff who really tried to help me on the phone, and in person, to see the Cardiologist and attend another NGHS appointment so that I might have all of my medical needs met. I didn't even remind her about my appointment, she just remembered my concern from the scheduling phone call we had the previous day). I was sad to hear a colleague scold her and speak down to her for the smallest of errors in front of me. Also, the reception staff is super sweet and helpful every single time. Thank you, guys! "Doctor and nurses were fantastic! However, front desk refused to help us out and was very rude to my mother and I. Will not be returning for that reason."

"Some of the most rude nurses I have ever met in my life. Checked my blood pressure manually and said some ridiculous low number. I let her know I check it 3 times a day and it's never been that low. She scoffed and walked away. Then spent 5 mins complaining to me about how another doctor wrote up my medicine. I asked a question she looked right at me, ignored it and then left the room. This isn't the first time I've been treated like this so I decided to warn other people before they show up, here on Google. Good luck, I hope you have a better situation than I have had."
