Whether it's phone mail not returned by Vania the owner, or no call backs from messages with Krista the daughter, I don't know what else to do but walk. Bree took one or two messages. Krista had promised a date and time specific call back and failed to keep that basic promise. No excuse for blatant disregard for existing client, unless they are closing up shop and don't need anyone. Stay away at all costs, they can't do anything for you except take your premium dollars. No doubt any claim services assistance will be just as dismal."

"Absolutely terrible customer service. Even though they claim to work on your behalf, they admittedly have a policy of NOT contacting you if the insurance company is not going to renew your policy. They claim to rely on the insurance company. They get paid a commission by the insurance company, are supposed to work on my behalf, but chose to not contact me when the insurance company sent a notice advising that they were not going to renew my policy. Folks, there are far better options out there for insurance agents. There is no need to settle for this agency!!"
