"This ENT is so beautiful. The interior is so pleasant and relaxing. The front desk women are very kind. (Big fish tank) I came in for reoccurring sinus infections. Joshua Downie was my physician. I had to take antibiotics for three weeks then come in for a cat scan. He noticed my septum was deviated. He gave me a non-surgical option of only sprays or I can do surgery. (I know thy self! I shall not sprayeth my nose everyday. Thou shall forget by a fortnight! ) I was already forgetting to use the sprays from the initial consult.so I knew I needed to be put on the chopping block. Fast forward I'm signing my documents and setting a surgery date. I had surgery at 3000 hospital Blvd. My review for my surgery is on there! So if you're nervous go read it. The surgery was a great experience and recovery was/is hard. They also gave me the option of an ambulatory center but I wanted a full hospital! With all the equipment. Dr.Downie told me everything I needed to know as a patient and was honest and caring every step of the way. Nothing was a surprise. I would do this again in a heart beat with no regrets. I still have splints in my nose but I can already breathe through both nostrils. That's something I have never done even as a child. So overall great life changing experience. They accept Medicaid caresource and others."
"Dr. Statham was everything you could want in a provider. She took time with us, asked questions, listened and explained everything fully. We couldn't have been more pleased with the total experience from the first call to make an appointment to checking out at the conclusion of our visit. All around great practice. We got good news and don't need surgery, but I almost wish we did need it because of such a great experience."
"Please don't take your kids to Dr. Statham. She is TERRIBLE with young kids. We had the unfortunate experience of seeing her twice. The first time I thought she was just overwhelmed and rushed. The second time couldn't have been a coincidence. Her bedside manner is atrocious. She never tried to interact or play with my child to form a relationship or make my kiddo more comfortable. She acts like she knows more than any other medical provider and doesn't like when people question or get a second opinion (mind you...parents know their kids better than someone seeing a child for 2 minutes and have every right to question if something doesn't seem right or the best approach). I had two other opinions in my case that went against what she thought, and she wasn't a fan of that. She tried to discipline my one year old for touching the chair (chairs that already were full of scratches and a tear..). This doctor has no business working with young children. She also needs to highly work on how she treats patients and their parents."
"Melissa was amazing doing my husbands intake! She made us feel like important patients. They were able to get us in same day for an urgent matter! We will be seeing Dr. B and hopefully he’s as pleasant as her! Clean and beautiful office!"
"First time visiting with my doctor and I'm was very impressed with the overall experience with Dr Statham and staff very professional but also very passionate and caring for patients and there parents and/or family. I was nervous on the drive there but once I got into faculty and spoke to staff and Dr Statham I knew I made the right decision and felt allot better. I can't thank y'all enough for the best overall service you provided to my daughter and myself."
