"Customer service has always been helpful with answering questions! I have never had a problem with benefits either!"
"My brother was paying $950 per month for Cobra for almost 12 months. They told us there were no other options. We wend to someone else who signed us up with ObamaCare for $150 per month. Why didn't they send us to someone who could sign us up for ObamaCare. They should have known this. My brother paid an extra $800 per month for a year because of them. AND we will never recover it. He gets $1500 a month between retirement and his social security. TBR cost him $800 a month. I hope they can sleep at night."
"Very helpful with an repayment issue. I would like to thank Jennifer very much."
"Be cautious when working with Taylor Benefits Group “TBR”. TBR requires you to pay the dentist then submit a claim to TBR for reimbursement, which TBR said the dental office could do for me and if they can’t I can go ahead and mail it in. They said it was an easy process. I thought OK no problem. On Nov 21st 2017, I went to my dentist, and paid the complete service. My dentist’s office submitted the claim directly to TBR using the instructions they have on their form for submittals. Dec 2 or 3rd, I call TBR they said they never received the claim. I told her that was odd since I saw the receptionist submit it. I called the dentist’s office and confirmed they submitted on Nov 21st I called TBR and they said they didn’t receive it. the dental office calls TBR’s office & stayed on the line with them until TBR confirmed receipt and that all the paperwork was in order. I called TBR a few weeks later, they said they mailed the payment, I sensed it was a quick answer to get me off the phone so I asked they please confirm the address (CSR was starting to get annoyed that I pressed for more information), she then told me they realized it was addressed to the provider when it should have been to me. She informed me it went back into the “batches to be paid”. I asked when should I expect payment? She said she didn't know, that it would be determined by the "person" that chooses which ones from the batches they will payout nd they had 30 days to pay me. Again, I tried explaining that it doesn’t make sense to go through a 2nd approval and “hope” to have a reimbursement mailed out since it was a valid claim, already approved and that the mistake was TBR’s for placing the provider instead of me as the one to pay, since I had ALREADY Paid the Provider in Full on the day of my visit. She didn’t care and said the claim is considered submitted Dec 4 and they have until Jan 4th to pay it. I knew this was going nowhere so I decide to wait. Jan 9th - Realizing this was an uphill battle with TBR, I decided to call back Jan 9 and spoke with the TBR csr Jill W to inquire if my reimbursement was mailed out. Jill W said it was processed and paid on Jan 9th. So I ask if that means it was mailed out? Again, she repeats in frustrated tone “it was processed and paid on Jan 9th “. Jan 17 comes along and still nothing in the mail. I call TBR and ask for Jill W, she's said she was busy couldn't take my call. I asked the receptionist for anyone else, she transferred me to Rachel (kind demeanor) she told me to call their check paying service - She gave me their phone number and the check number. I asked her if they might need a tax id or anything else, she said no. I found it odd that CSR wouldn't provide me the professional courtesy to get their service on the line and confirm if it was mailed out, since I am not the check svs customer. I call the Zelous check service and explain that TBR instructed me to call them, in order for me to find out if a checke was mailed out to me. I gave them the claim # but they couldn’t find it and they tried the check #, they told me they couldn't use that; what they need is TBR's Tax ID; at this point I do a 3 way call (TBR- Rachel, Zelous- Sophia and Me). Rachel speaks with the Zelous CSR, the rep informs her the payment shows the Dentist and I said no that was the mistake TBR made the 1st time. That I was required to pay the dentist and submit to TBR so they could reimburse me. The Zelous rep realizes I am the patient and they said they could only talk to the payor, provider or TBR csr. Although I tried explaining the problem to the Zelous; Rachel said she would find out what the problem was with my check and see if they addressed it to the dentist (again) or correctly to me. She would call me shortly…. It’s been over an hour and I am still waiting for her call."
"They are great. Gave us new cards and helped with getting appointment scheduled for chemotherapy"
