"The owner is super wonderful and gave me exactly what I wanted.. however when I came back the 3rd time, I utilized the drive thru window and asked for something, got the wrong thing but wasn't upset until when i tried it, the thing was defective. Went to return it a few hours later and the guy was rude then acted as if I was lying even after bringing a new one of the same wrong item and that one did the same thing. Charged me extra for a busted vape and I told him that wasn't even what I had asked for. Finally got the one I initially asked for after a bad attitude and additional charge. I was really disappointed. Also.... If you are someone who likes Funky republic vapes... Don't buy the watermelon ice! I have tried 3 and each one "vapes" itself. Burns out within a week simply because it won't stop burning. The owner has told me this flavor was defective when I showed him."

"So unprofessional. Went in spent over $100 and couldn't get a receipt AT ALL! Even after waiting 30 minutes still couldn't produce a receipt. I knew that something I bought wasn't going to work right and I asked the employee if I come back In tomorrow you will remember me right and he assured me yes yes I will remember. Since you know they couldn't produce a receipt. So of course I was happy with something I purchased and low and behold when I went to return it. The employee which was the same one that sold me it the day before wouldn't return my money. Told me I would have to get the same product that didn't work the first time. Well they didn't have it In stock and he still wouldn't let me get a refund made me pick something else that i didn't want. I was furious cause I asked him the day before can I return anything if I'm not happy with it and assured me yes I could. So when I tried and he declined I was just dumbfounded. Couldn't believe it. So please please please do not spend your m money here. There are plenty of other vape shops. Do not uphold this man ripping people off. There was no sign saying no refunds store credit only or anything. Just ridiculous shame on them for treating customers that way."

The shop is clean and organized, has a great selection of products, and the prices are very reasonable. Best smoke shop in the area!"

"My husband & I went the day of the grand opening and were the first ones there. The gentleman who was there was nice and helpful. They have a huge variety of items, and are super friendly. Prices are fair for such nice items. Our experience there is the best out of the many vape shops we have been to. We definitely recommend!"
