Buff City Soap

"I don’t shop here often, but was told that in Oct if I spent so much money before tax I would get a free bar of soap once a month with purchase starting in November. So I made sure to spend the amount the sale lady told me to. Went in this month and now I’m kinda disappointed, because the employee ether told me wrong information, or lied to me all together. When I went in, to get my item and the free soap I was told there was nothing on my account about getting a free soap. Was planning on shopping at buff city soap more, but since I apparently don’t get a free bar soap with purchase, I will just go back to my normal shopping habits and that is buying something from here when I want to pamper myself."

"Ask about a soap I had bought previously, the clerk was not in the mood for customer service. She said it was probably seasonal. I remember going there in the summer. Anyway they no longer had the one I was looking for. Before when we went in there were several young ladies working. All very helpful and nice This time one working the floor one in the office. Neither seemed motivated to help."

"I'm a frequent shopper. I love this place. The products are amazing and they help with my skin being dry and tough through my job. The bath bombs even help with calluses. The laundry soap is also great. I see no difference in texture or cleanness vs my old laundry detergent. Though for me their soap lasts so much longer than my old one."

"I love this place! Imagine a Bath and Body works but everything is handmade and not brain numbingly strong. Plus, they have things like laundry soap and dryer balls! My favorite part is requesting a specific scent and watching them make my laundry soap! Seriously recommend, those dryer balls changed my life."
