"I was force to take a walker I could not use with no ability to return or swap it. My insurance and I were billed $ 199.00 when the same product was on sale for $99 at Walmart. They finally let me exchange for a rollater type walk aid. But again I have little use for it as I live in a mobile home whose areas and doors are too small to pass through."

"Wife needed an electric bed after a month in hospital after wreck. They sent a bed, tracked dirt and grass through my house, then when my wife asked me wipe the bed down with Lysol, the first wipe had dark red crusty bits on it. I immediately called, was told sorry. Eventually I was called told I had to pay extra for a bed that didn’t have a manual crank like a car from 1900. I paid it, told them I needed bed today, wife was now laying on sofa. Was told it would be after 530. I said ok. Now it’s 6:50 at night and I still have a bed with blood on it in my house, & my wife is still on the sofa."

"Jennifer Parrish is a superstar!!! I haven’t ever dealt with anyone that offers such caring , quick, and thorough customer service. She went above and beyond herself on her day off July 4th and then at 7am the following morning to make sure I had the proper paperwork and equipment to board a last minute flight to Emory hospital with my portable oxygen tank. Jennifer called me multiple times to make sure I was well taken care of. I highly recommend this company and couldn’t be more grateful and impressed by this young woman! Thank you"

"I can’t say one bad thing about this company but I can say plenty of good! When you call a total stranger on the phone because you are concerned that your husband is out of oxygen and has a doctors appointment in a few minutes and the lady offers to leave right then and meet him at the doctor to bring him oxygen that is a caring person. Jennifer is one of a kind, a genuine caring person. She got oxygen to my husband in a few short minutes. He passed away a little over a week later so I called her to thank her and to let her know they could pick up the oxygen and in a very short amount of time my doorbell rang and there was a guy standing there with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. They were from Jennifer! I was shocked. God put her on the other end of that phone line that day because I needed someone that cared. There are still good people and good companies in this world. I give MRS the highest review because I don’t think you will find a better company! Thank you Jennifer for a kind and caring heart and thank you MRS for having such an awesome employee."
