"I just love this place. The food is so good, there chefs do an amazing job. But the people here are even better. Tyler, David and Jose behind the bar are so wonderful. Nasandra at the hostess stand is wonderful too. Love it here, always a good time and good food."

"We went to Bazille for dinner and were mostly happy with our server and the food we ordered. We ordered the Calamari, Heirloom Tomatoes & Burata for starters which were delicious. We ordered the burger and salmon as main course. Burger was great but the Salmon came out dry and overdone. We let our server know and he said he would get another one out. After some time a girl who was the greeter or manager at front of restaurant came with a spatula and picked the Salmon off the plate and took it away. This we felt was very odd as she should have just taken the plate away and got us a fresh plate with the Salmon. After a long time we did get another piece of Salmon which was also dry and overcooked with no apology or any effort to ask if it was okay second time round. We took a few bites and left it on table. On our way out I did meet the same girl and let her know the Salmon was overcooked and dry again. She gave no reaction and no apology. We left feeling quite disappointed with the way our dissatisfaction with the Salmon was handled. The rest of our meal was fabulous and we would have been fine if there was some apology or concern regarding the dry overcooked Salmon."

"After living in Jacksonville for most of my life, my husband and I decided to try this place. Let me tell you - I am so looking forward to coming back here just for the French onion soup. I didn’t take a picture of it but I can assure you that it looks like the photos on their website. My husband had the French dip sandwich and I had the crab macaroni and cheese. Both were extremely good."

"The family had a nice lunch here. We ordered the onion soup, crab bisque and the french dip. The onion soup had too much black pepper in it so it was inedible, but the crab bisque was delicious even though it has some cayenne pepper in it to give it some zing. The french dip meat was so tender and delicious, but the french fries that came with it were cold and limp. Good food, I would return and hope for some better fries and less peppery things to try."

"Located inside Nordstrom at the St. John's Town center. Bazille offers a great selection of drinks and American favorites that have been elevated to match the store its located in. Tyler, our bartender was friendly and welcoming. We ordered a lavender fizz and their version of a mule both were fantastic. Tyler did an amazing job and should be complemented. Our food was good. I ordered the French Dip, which, although was tasty the meat was cut to thick and was dry. Making it hard to bite through. My girlfriend had the Cilantro lime chicken salad. The veggies were fresh, and conceptually, the salad was good but was under seasoned and under dressed. These are minor things and are easily fixed. I will be coming back good job overall"
