"Be VERY careful making an appointment here. The initial phone call I made was to b established as a chiropractic patient that just moved up here. I was very specific and detailed about what I needed. I was reassured by a very young lady on the phone that everything will be fine over in the initial consultation. I made the appointment for 2 days later. When I got there I was told something entirely different. Oh even though this I a Chiropractor they do not see chiropractors patients, just spinal injuries. RETRAIN YOUR STAFF TO NOT WASTE PEOPLE'S TIME GOING TO THE WRONG TYPE OF DOCTOR!!!!!"
"I went to Chattanooga nerve and spine in expectant to have some relief from my severe pain. Dr.Wall talk a good game, but nothing he offered me helped. I know everybody is not built the same won't get the help expected. But the way he go by consulting, you would think its guaranteed. A great game!! Most of all his clients while I was there were elderly. They are looking for an out as well. Tried of hurting. It was so many I talked with that was disappointed. I stopped going after 14 visits. That's enough to see I'm not getting any better. I was signed for 25, charged for it and he wouldn't refund me the other 11 visits that were unseen. Please advise your elderly not to go in that direction. I'm currently seeking legal help. Definitely contacting better business bureau."
"The free consult advertised is not a consult. I was asked to fill out a bunch of forms. The chiropractor came ask me the same questions which are on the paper. Then he said I don't know if you're candidate until we have you come in and take some x-rays but first we have to check your insurance. The only thing he gave me for free with hot air."
"Girls at the front desk where very friendly, they where the only good thing about this place. If i were able to give less than one star I would. The doctor that saw me for my consultation was rude, condescending, and overall very ugly towards me. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone."
"The people at the front desk were very friendly and nice but my overall experience was not good. I waited in the waiting room for a whole hour after my appointment time just to spend less than 5 minutes with the Dr and leave. They need to work on their expediency and proficiency in moving along the process. Especially with patient wait times."
