"Very shady - Sends mail that attempts to look like mortgage info so you open it then tries to sell you terrible life insurance plans. Throw any correspondence from them straight into the trash. Also notice that pretty much the only good reviews they have are from their own employees that they almost certainly directed to leave a good review."

I was gaslit by the employee on the phone and was suggested to just 'deal with my problems' instead of answering my questions or directing me to a potential solution. As a company, they should train their employees in customer service if they are going to be working with the public."

Always available to help me even if I have a stupid question, are patient and walk me through things that make me want to pull my hair out and constantly in communication with me about my employees and updates. Their website is so easy to understand and the reports I can pull and above and beyond. Definitely recommend Whitney and FBMC to anyone wanting a smooth enrollment process for both ends of their company: the administration side and the employees."

"This is absolutely the worst benefits company I’ve ever had to dealt with in my life. I have asked my HR to stop using them and pray that they will. The staff are so inept that I constantly have to submit the same paperwork over and over, and spend hours of my time on the phone with them. Every time I get a new email from them saying something was denied, I almost want to laugh because it’s so predictable. My only assumption is that claim specialists do not care enough about their work to read the documentation provided. Maybe their default is to automatically deny all claims the first time. This company is pathetic."
