"Natasha Boles lied about my inspection so she can get a commission. Her broker Greg Martin was consulted about it and he just covered up for her to save himself. These are not honest people. Now she is hiding and will not speak with me and Mr. Martin is rude and nonchalant about this issue. He keeps manipulating the story as if it’s about paying for damages when the issue is that my mom was conned into believing the inspection was done when it was not. #misrepresentation #fraud"

"We worked with Michael Peeples as the selling agent of a home we bought. He gave his word that he would have our pins marked on the property as it was suppose to be part of the survey of the property. He gave me the run around for a few months and when I called him out on him giving me the run around he said he’s not responsible and should not be responsible. He gave me his word as “ a man “ but obviously it was my mistake for not getting it in writing. Needles to say make sure you get everything in writing and do not take anyone’s word for it."

"Today my husband and I finally closed on a home purchase in Grovetown - and instead of celebrating our achievement, we feel only misery from this terrible experience and what we've been through. We had the extreme misfortune of having Darlene Elliott, realtor for ERA Sunrise Realty in Augusta, as our buying agent. I want to be clear to anyone who may be using this company - DO NOT allow Darlene Elliott to show you a home nor allow her to represent you in the sale of a home. Please find other representation. Ask for references for a good realtor, and go with that person - they truly make a HUGE difference. There is too much to say for how poor of a job she did for us, so I will just say this, as it was the most recent insult... 50 minutes prior to our closing, scheduled for 1:00pm, she texts me to inform us that she is "out of town otherwise [she] would be there [at closing]." And 30 minutes prior to our closing, she sends another text to inform me that my "[closing] funds have to be wired." It almost renders me speechless how absurd, unprofessional, and untimely that was. Our home buying experience was a battle every step of the way. The best I could hope for was a little effort on her part. And that was ill-gotten. Now I own a home that is deteriorating, not worth what I've paid for it, and my realtor walks away with a commission that she in no way earned. Please note: This review is for this specific realtor at ERA Sunrise Realty in Augusta. I can't claim that this company entire company is bad, because I have worked with others who were very professional."
