It's no wonder why people recommend you ask for Susan when you go in there. They really need to move Erica's office to the very back and put someone more professional up front. Do you really want her being the first person people have to deal with when coming into your business? I know I wouldn't. I will NOT be back a third time. I'd much rather pay higher fees then have to put up with someone so miserable and disrespectful as her. So if going there beware of Erica!!! Save yourself the aggravation and ask for someone else."

"This place is so busy....why? Because they're good, they're professional and they know what they're doing. They do a great job and are very cheap considering I paid over 600 for H&R block to do my taxes year before last and 250 last year at another place. Tax Plus charged me 35.00. She even called me back and got me more money when some laws changed. Thanks to Susan and her staff for providing such a great service at a reasonable price. They are even adhering to Covid precautions by distancing their chairs in the office and only allowing a certain number of people in the office at a time. You are able to sign in and wait in your car and they call you when it's your turn if you can't or don't want to wait inside. They even offer drop off services. I can't say enough good things about them. I see people giving them bad reviews complaining they had to wait in their car etc. Those people can't even spell."
