"I received a call from Trish to interview for the financial aid position and the VP of communication was to call me back to further discuss the position. I was given a time that he was to call me back. This never happened. I think for a Christian University that this is very unprofessional and very un christian like. Where are the values if the upper management can 't even following cancel an phone interview if they did not want to interview a person????????? Then Trish email me and just lied to my face- like I do not keep my email responses back and forth. Why do Christian lie so much??????? This was a very bad customer service experience. "I have not experienced the school as an attendee but the level of communication with the admissions department has been poor. I have called over the course of a month trying to speak with someone in that department. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts .Even after leaving my number and over 5-7 messages still no call back. Not even a letter! I don't know if that is an indication of how things will be moving forward as a student there. I definitely hope not! I have heard outstanding things about the school and its teachers, so my choice to attend Buelah for higher education I thought was a great decision. Everything happens for a reason. Maybe someone will call back soon."
