"I used to order from here all the time but the last two times I have ordered for delivery it was delivered over an hour after the time I had requested for my delivery. I usually don't write reviews but it was unfortunate because by the time my food was delivered my lunch break was already over. I did not have a way to pick it up which is why I chose delivery. When I called to see if they received my order the lady that I spoke with was very rude and said they were short handed. If that was the case I suggest calling just to let the customer know and giving the option to cancel the order if they want."

"I placed an order on door dash around 1pm, I didn’t get my order at all. I called the store to check on the status but the Manager was rude and over talked me and said that “the order was dropped off” then she hung up on me as I was explaining that I have a Ring Camera and no one came by all day and also it’s common that delivery drivers get my complex mixed up with another next to me. After she hung up on me she called me back to say “I called door dash and you can no longer order from our store using the app because we gave you your order” I told her that was not true and that I never received anything. So I went up to the store when I got off work to try to talk to the manager and explain everything, she continued to over talk me , turn her back to me and walk away to the back of the store. This lady is so rude if she got service like that from someone she would be trying to curse that person out and fight. I’ve never felt so disrespected. I’ll NEVER go back to this location as long as she’s there! I’ll give this place 0-5 stars if I could!"

"App order went flawlessly! Staff was efficient and friendly. Italian sub was packed with meat and was delicious. The only thing that kept this from being a five star experience is the $2.50 side of potato salad was ridiculously small; maybe two tablespoons. I actually laughed when I got home and saw it. I will be back for subs, but I'll buy sides elsewhere."

"I ordered catering for a large gathering. When I placed my order over the phone, I made it very clear that I wanted only the meat and cheese on the sandwiches. All of the fixings (i.e. mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion) were supposed to be in separate containers because the sandwiches were going to be eaten for lunch the next day. Instead, the staff went ahead and made the sandwiches with all of the fixings. When I arrived, my order was sitting on the counter at room temperature. Someone please explain to me why my sandwiches were not stored in a refrigerator until I arrived to pick up my order! In addition, the staff were not friendly, and they offered no help in taking my catering order to my car. I should have simply refused to pay for this order and walked out. Instead, I am stuck with $265 worth of soggy sandwiches for my gathering. Thanks a lot Jimmy John's. I WILL NEVER ORDER CATERING FROM JIMMY JOHN'S AGAIN! The Warner Robins store is terrible!"

"Such a great sandwich shop! I absolutely love that they offer low carb options. My favorite is the BEACH CLUB unwich!! It has turkey breast, provolone cheese and avocado spread wrapped in a lettuce wrap!! The ingredients are fresh and amazing. The staff is friendly and never make you feel rushed to order."
