"Terrible customer service Rude and unprofessional Slow than a snail. Refuse to give refunds. It took 40 minutes for 4 krystal and fries. Messed up the order and got angry and aggressive cause I just wanted my money back. Only two people in the store. after waiting so long for my food I was looking around for a 1 800 number and the ceiling falling in and soiled. Water on counter by water fountain. Disgusting eating area. Dirty nasty seats no one wanted to sit down. Even other customers were complaining and the cashier and drive person wanted to fight them Ghetto! The health department needs to intervene.. I have posted on page and everywhere dint go to this Krystal on 247. Horrible digest to the core of my being."

"This location is going downhill. Three times in the last 3 weeks their card reader has been down. Well if you're already in line in the drive thru, you can't get out so you're stuck. Luckily I keep a folded $20 in my wallet. Also they've run out of cups for the scrambler so it was served to me in a flat styro box that could easily spill. I wonder if this is a management issue because the Circle K also has some issues. Disappointing. Anyway I normally get the scrambler and 2 sunrisers and they're good but lately they've been thrown together and greasy. One morning I walked in and waited 45 minutes while I talked to an older gentleman. I didn't need to get anywhere on time that day but damn. Come on Krystal."

"Two time in 2 weeks it has taken over 20 minutes to get thru drive thru. You can't get out of line either. Once you come around you ate stuck. Also credit card machine down. Avoid this location."

"I go here often and it's usually fine but I went today and there were crumbly white rocks on my Krystal! What the heck are they (cleaning supplies, debris from a dirty counter, bug egg, etc ), and am I going to die? I can't think of an explanation that doesn't make me sick. Just ew. :("
