"I had the condo policy for my rental property with AmFam through this office/agent. The renewal premium increased a lot and I then transferred to another company. I got a refund for the unused premium but with a penalty (10% of premium) for the moving. I have never been informed for this penalty and when I called the office about this, the representatives didn't even know the policy. The service this office/agent provides is terrible. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to use this agent. In fact, many other companies do not charge such a moving fee and I will transfer all my policies with this office to others as soon as they are ready to renew. Just don't want to have any businesses with this agent. I will also file a complaint/case through a legal route. By the way, it looks like I am not the only one who has problems with this agent. Just check out their reviews here and other review sites. This agent is about the lowest it can go for the same type of businesses. Not sure why it is still in business."

"The worst insurance company in Georgia. They don’t listen, give highest rates, and upon cancellation, they keep you and deny cancellation and refund. They are scam artists that don’t speak English and are there just to eat up your money. I transferred insurances as soon as they were assigned to me as my primary insurer. You will get a much better rate elsewhere!"
