"People in the store that answer the phone when you call are very nice and pleasant to deal with no issue there the issue I have is the heated tube and mask did not come with the cpap came so now I'm having to wait anther week to get them in don't know if it was factory fult or store."
"The person I spoke with was helpful and patient with me. I really appreciated the fact that I could tap in my credit card number on my phone rather than risk someone overhearing me."
"Worst Customer service. They keep saying we owe money even when insurance company pays 100% of all cost. Insurance company has to talk with them every 3 months so the order can be sent out of refills, telling Apria that they pay all cost and we owe nothing. This has been going on for over 3 years. Do not use this company, try another. Their billing department is clueless."
"Horrible Company…. Billing does not match what your insurance benefits statement shows you should be billed. They lie about your insurance benefits coverage so they can bill you for items the insurance company paid for. No customer service!! In America that will help you. Do not sign a contract to rent the c-pap equipment. Most insurance pays for the machine after your 90th day of use as long as you’re complying with the 70% usage guidelines. They will bill you for things and refuse to give an itemized statement to compare with your insurance explanation of benefits. They have tried to overcharge me since the 1st day I walked in the door. They will not send you supplies until your 4th month of using equipment they say needs to be changed biweekly. Keep your sanity and stay the heck away from this company!!!"
"The worst customer service I have ever experienced in the medical field. First of all, we had a terrible experience from the start. I had a 2-week-old baby that needed oxygen, and Apria told me that they would leave the oxygen on my front porch and give me a consult over the phone. They also caused our hospital stay to be extended for 2 days because they wouldn't deliver equipment on time. Two years later, I am getting calls about "unpaid bills." I received a letter in the mail stating I had a bill for $90, then I got 3-4 calls stating I owe $120 and $131. The inconsistency is alarming. I called and explained that I have not had equipment for two years and they stated that it was an Apria error and the balance would be removed. I am still getting calls a week later that the balance is still there. I would hate to get an attorney involved over a $120 bill, but I am very close to having to do that."
