"In March 2022 My Aunt placed an order (headstones) For my nana and cousin burial site. It is now January almost February 2023 my aunt has of yet heard back from them. This is such terrible experience that my aunt has to go through. Not only did they promise and agreed to do the headstones, but they failed to follow through. They have not answered any home calls or email that were sent out . I personally would not recommend doing business with Hilton View Mortuary they clearly do not value their commitments and integrity."
"I do not recommend Mr. Murray to anyone, My mother and sister son passed away and my sister paid Mr. Murray over $7,000 to handle their headstone back in March of 2022. As of today Mr. Murray has not completed this job and and always has an excuse when my sister reach out to him. Please be careful before you do business with him."
