"For 2019 they forgot my dependents. I didn't notice until I wasn't getting the stimulus money. So they amended 2019. Mind you they charged me to fix something that they did wrong. Than I noticed the amended taxes were wrong as well. I wanted my money back, they refused. I did my own taxes this year. My kids would of had less mistakes doing them. Very unprofessional.
