"Horrible daycare center, my child was bit on the face due to negligence from the staff. Staff claims the cameras can not be viewed by parents following this incident, and can only be viewed in cases of "criminal activity." Makes me bellieve something happened that they DON'T want me to see. I leave my son with more than enough diapers and wipes, yet he comes home in SOMEONE ELSE'S diapers every single day. Unprofessional and uncaring staff, would not trust them with my children. Be very mindful of who you entrust your child with. I don't pay about mine, I am in the process of reporting them to Bright From The Start."
"I wish I can give 0 stars. After being HUMILIATED in front of staff, children and parents by Mrs. chrislen, I can truly say RUNNNNN! I met the center in complete messsss ! I went there as the director to fix the school however all my hard work was NOT appreciated!!! I gave my all working long hours open to close with No overtime pay!!!!! My staff loved me and I loved them however Mrs. chrislen did me too dirty! She used me and took advantage of me. I had to take a mental break from childcare. I would not recommend a dog to work there. Trust me. Then try to blame me for the condition of the school. I met the school on probation!!!!!! Their bright from the start consultant kept telling me to leave and find another school to work at because they will destroy my reputation. I learned my lesson and will NEVER make that mistake again. Please be careful how you treat people !!!! If this don’t change a lot of staff will continue to leave. I wish you all the best and pray y’all get better one day. I finally moved my kids so you can’t keep picking on me by using my children."
"My child learning so much from prime care. Everydays she's growing physically and mentally into a very smart 3 year old. The most intelligent just within the short amount of time shes been here."
"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Let's face it we all run into traffic or family emergencies every now and then . But........don't let it happen at this FRAUDULENT place! I went to pick up my both of my grandchildren because my daughter was stuck at work and I was told the last minute. But I needed to make sure they got picked up. I was 20 minutes late and they charged $200 which is $5 each child per minute. I wanted to write a check and she said NO cash ONLY!! I knew this was a way for her to pocket extra money. Needless to say that was the last time they seen my grand babies!!!!"
"I would not advise anyone to bring their children here. I had 2 kids enrolled here: my son will be 2 y.o next month and my daughter will be 6 y.o in December. They were enrolled from Jan.2017 until May 2017. Every week my son was coming home with bite marks on his back, long deep cuts on his forehead or some kind of bruise on his body EVERY WEEK. They will not hire enough staff to accommodate the amount of children they're caring for. The food they prepare is horrible. My kids have had stomach viruses with diarrhea twice during that 6-month period. My daughter has come back home with bleach stains on her pants; no explanation whatsoever. They feed children small servings of junk and expect the children to be on for the remainder of the day. On several occasions, another parent and myself were waiting at the door for someone to come and open the center (supposed to open at 6), and the director takes her time to open the door, run around the facility to turn on all the lights. Then she has to go and park her vehicle while your kids are left in the center alone. No its not a very long time but everyone knows within a split second, things could get very hectic with kids. The kids are told to sit in the reception area while she does her admin things. There are approximately 8 kids running around while she just sits there in the computer. Then she asks me, 'mom, what time do you have to be at work?' It didn't matter what time I work, I am paying for a service and I am here with my kids at the time the center supposed to open. So it shouldn't be a problem. We've caught the teachers taking negatively to the kids, unsuspecting we were there watching. They gossip and talk about stuff not pertaining to classroom in front of the kids. Things kids have no business listening to. I'm not a fan of my kids listening to secular music. Several of the teachers have left so they have a high turnover rate which causes inconsistency in the classroom and the kids/parents have to get acclimated with new teachers. It's just very unorganized! If you can afford it, take your child elsewhere where they can be nurtured as a child... & here's a picture of my daughter's bruised back just last week... supposedly, she was playing with a dump truck and flipped backwards over a table. . And another caregiver stated no one was in there watching the kids so this is just some of the things you have to be willing to put up with if you bring your child here. ."
