"Very poor service. They said they were too busy with a big job to fix my mom’s gas leak and she should just turn her heat off. Over a week later we are still waiting."
"Came right over to our shop to bring the supplies needed to move our tank for new construction. Let us borrow straps at no cost. Very friendly and great to work with!"
"Absolutely some of the worst people I’ve delt with. Been a paying customer for 6 years. Past two years went to trash they have wasted at my calculations 1200$in gas leaking off on their tank and if you read in the lease agreement their responsible for. Don’t worry when you call that the tank is empty they’ll just send you a letter on how you should order gas"
"This morning I called about a billing issue and spoke with Roxanne. The best customer service I have had in ages and I just wanted to give her a BIG THANK YOU! I had some issues several months ago that left me a little sour towards the company. This morning they rectified everything and with service like that they will keep me as a loyal customer. She was very polite, went out of her way(above and beyond) to help, and fixed the problem. Please keep up the good work and thank you again Roxanne."
"Previous comments about not getting deliveries are accurate. We moved into a new house with an underground, private tank running low on propane. We called Rutland Bottle Gas in July to schedule a delivery, and the receptionist warned us that they prioritize deliveries to customers who lease a tank versus private tanks, but they would get out to use as soon as possible. Fast forward to early October, and we still have not had a delivery. During those three months, one receptionist said our tank wasn't filled, because their driver didn't find payment hidden under the tank cap, even though we had already set up our account to use a credit card payment. Two weeks later, another receptionist claimed our tank had not been filled, because it had not been inspected, even though the tank was inspected as part of the home sale as well as passed an inspection by a Rutland Bottle Gas technician in July. We've spoken to three or four different receptionists, all who tell us something different, and we never receive call-back phone calls they promised us. Moved on to a larger competitor in the Midwest, got a better price per gallon, and they actually arrived to fill out tank."
