"I would totally put a 5 star as I do love blue care and almost all of the case managers, but this one case manager ruined it all for me and it breaks my heart. My brother, that has a number of special needs lives in a group home , in his 485 it is very well known that he is aggressive when provoked along with a list of things that will provoke him. Recently, his case manager, Delecia Killion, deliberately provoked him on purpose and then turned around and called the police on him. Why be in this sort of field when it is well known that someone has special needs with aggression and top it off with purposely provoking him. I am heartbroken that my poor brother is having to go through this. To add insult to injury, this case manager broke HIPPA and told her husband and her son my brothers address and they showed up at his house while my mother was there. My mother was there worried for her special needs sons safety because they pulled up behind her and blocked her in the driveway."

"Bluecare Plus ➕️ is ripping of so many people due to them changing from to Old otc card to the new , The new system has so many flaws in it you can't even go to the grocery store right now and scan what you actually need And they've did this on purpose. So a lot of people will not be able to spend their money that they acquire each month for this. They took a lot of stores away that we can actually go to for the people that are out in the rural areas. I guess this is their way to show that they're giving money out whenever they're actually not because a lot of people cannot use it. I'm sure there's some sort of laws on this that needs to be doubt with not allowing us our full potential whenever it comes to health care Services provided and keeping them away from us .When the government helps pay for our insurance. How can you sit there and say that you can understand how we feel. I bet if we hired a lawyer , bet you would get this stuff done And stop passing off falsified information."

"Worst network & customer service amaginable. Can't reach anyone that will even "pretend" to know how to correct issues. Update 1/4/2023 called local office instead of toll free. Customer Service still cannot even do a simply address correction!! A 6 year old could do this. Have spoke to 3 plus employees that are so incompetent??"

"Helpful. But hard to find a Family Doctor. And, they do not cover any out of state medicines. So, you can not visit a Doctor, via telemedicine, from out of state, and get your medicine. Some people can not go to a doctors office, or may be unable to find a Doctor online. I have heart and blood pressure medicine, and had to see a telemedicine doctor. But, they would not cover this medicine. However, they do have a great help line and they will speak with you. An, even try to work it out. Though, I have had trouble getting them on the phone, a few times. But, they are not bad. They just have to look at them some of the people they have working for them"
