"Coweta county schools transportation department is a mess! I called to get clarification on the bus routes and Maddie, the assistant director was rude and distasteful. She showed no regard to me as a parent requesting better communication on bus changes every other day. I told her I needed to write to the board to receive assistance with the constant troubles with inconsistent bus changes and she LAUGHED and stated "go for it". Parents, please make sure to write to the board and express your concerns with the transportation department ."

"My experience is pretty much the same thing. The bus driver is always calling out, I understand everyone has issues but this lady!!! seems they should have a back up driver just for her that’s always ready to pick up her slack. The bus driver didn’t show up on time yesterday I called their answer to me was don’t know what bus or what time but as soon as A bus is done it will head that way to pick up your child!!! So what am I supposed to do, was my question to them and she says well I don’t know what you want to do but and then repeated the same non sense! I don’t have time to sit and wait for A bus so any given time I do have a schedule to follow EVERY DAY because I work!! Now this morning same thing no bus!! You would think they would learn from this which is an ongoing issue but no they don’t care that rain sleet or snow kids are just standing waiting for a bus indefinitely! I can’t leave my 8 year old waiting on a bus until only God knows when (cause transportation doesn’t) and go about doing what I need to. At this point any sympathy that you may feel for someone’s situation goes out the window when they main people you depend on to get this thing right continues to get it wrong with no care or concern for the people left trying to figure out who can get their child to school or who can watch them at home since the bus didn’t come!!! It’s so crazy!!!!"

"This whole company is a joke! My children is using this transportation to and from school. I have an elementary and middle school student. When my children wake up and get ready for school and wait on the bus that’s never on time, create anxiety. It’s understandable every now and then. Lately it’s been consistent that they’re late. When I called up to the front desk this morning this lady Maddie picked up the phone. When I asked about the bus she say it’s on a 25min delay. I asked why was it late yesterday, she said the same thing. At this point I’m convinced that the times need to be change or something because it’s no longer considered a delay if it’s the same time everyday. I didn’t get anywhere with Maddie she turn this whole situation into my fault. She like “why you so upset”! Im late for work mama and it’s an everyday issue. I got to talk to a man that never wanted to tell me his name and when he asked me a question, he cut me off during my response. Stated that I wasn’t listening and hung up on me as well. Like I said zero stars for this company. Which should be a big problem since they hauling precious cargo!"

"The bus is constantly being put with other busses and bus routes which delays the arrival time by over an hour each time. It's absurd to think my child gets out of school,has to wait at school for almost an hour just to get on the bus then another hour of being on the bus."

"If I could give this zero stars I would. The conditions on the bus are terrible!!! I’m a student who has to put up with this and the amount of times I’ve had to sit three to a seat and witness it. The idiots that run this won’t do anything about it or take our complaints seriously because it is a prominently black bus and Coweta county is full of racists. Do you know how dangerous and how much of a safety hazard sitting there to a seat is??? Maybe y’all should start making bus passes to limit the amount of kids that ride the bussed because we also have a problem of students getting on random busses that they are not assigned to just because they want to. If you’re a parent, I would 1000% percent wouldn’t recommend using this as a way of transportation. And if you can take your kid to school and force them to ride the bus because you’re a lazy pos, DONT!!!!"
