"I bought a new acoustic bass and it was delivered with some damage. The model was difficult to find so I didn't want to send it back. Took it to Brian and he did an amazing job on it - nearly impossible to see where the damage was. He also did a set up and suggested replacing the plastic nut and bridge with custom bone. Prices were very reasonable, I feel like I got a great deal. The tone and playability are greatly improved. Also enjoyed talking music, gear and more with Brian. Will be taking other instruments back to him for set up."
