"I have been hearing great things about the doctor but after waiting months for an appointment I called to ask a question about the paperwork 24 hours prior to my scheduled appointment since my estimate was showing nearly $200 for what I thought would be a fully insured, yearly physical and I wanted to be sure this was not going to be an issue. I was sent to voicemail no matter what extension I pressed where they tell you it can take up to 30 days for a return call. 30 days?? To get in touch with your doctor's office? No thanks, I have waited this long, I can wait longer to find an office that has higher standards of service at their practice."
"My family and I were formally patients of MUSC Primary Care in Charleston and had an amazing experience. Since moving and switching to Bluffton, I have had the worst experience with this office. My family and I will be in search of a new Primary Care facility. Do not make the same mistake we did thinking this office's services will be up to the standard of the MUSC name."
