"My wife had a stroke several years back and had felt that she was confined to the house due to the inability to drive. She is physically challenged on her right side, so we installed a left foot accelerator. As you can imagine, learning to drive with your left foot can be overwhelming. She was always a good driver, so that helped, but Marino at Freedom and Mobility helped her to understand the process of the left foot and how to concentrate and focus. Previously, our family had tried to help her, but we are not professionals, so we felt like a professional school was the answer.
