"The teachers in this school need to keep their classes in order and take responsibility for their classroom. No child of mine should be coming home crying because she was attacked by wild students from her class room!!!!!!!!! If you are in the wrong profession, leave! Take accountability for your class room and your students. My straight A student should not be coming home beat up and slapped around Repeatedly under your watch. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. (This stops Now!!!) GET YOUR MESS TOGETHER WESLEY! We are trying to groom future leaders, not animals!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Worked as a substitute here. Most of the students (6-8) have no structure, respect, or manners. The teachers I’ve encountered have no control over the students. Feels like teaching elementary school the way things have to be repeated and reinforced. Very GHETTO and hood. would not recommend"

"I attend wesley international academy i really love it here really good experience and the teachers are really good with providing challenging work and lesson’s to help you learn on a higher level. Some of the students are really nice. Sometimes there could be some times that people are not really nice but hey! Its middle school. I also really like the elementary school the teachers are really fun and enjoy being in class with you . The sports are really good as well the football team went undefeated in the whole season and the basketball team is still going and made it to the playoffs. Really good school. You should attend WIA"

"I am a first year parent with my daughter in kindergarten. I love this school! Wesley challenges the kids and keeps them engaged. They have many extra curriculum activities as well a learning programs for those that may need a little extra help with their learning experience. The Chinese program is superb and your child begins learning the language in kindergarten! The school focus is not only the academics, but the child as a whole. The administration staff is very thorough and organized. I am extremely pleased with Wesley International Academy. I can't wait for my son to start the 2016-2017 school year!"

I love sending my kids to this school every day, knowing that they are receiving an excellent education in a warm community, and all with an international perspective. I love that many of our parents are first or second generation in the United States. For our four years at the school, the school has had wonderful teachers, the city's best public school foreign language program, and a lovely parent community. The school now also has become a truly independent local charter with great leadership in our new principal and assistant principal."
