"I had a appointment time scheduled for an evaluation with Aminta Osejo I was there on time and they were not even open, they were 30 min. late once in I was filling out all the information required, I was not advised that they only accepted cash prior to the appointment so I had to go to the bank I was already frustrated. By the end of the evaluation she told me I would need additional classes said it was mandatory and would recommend classes 6-12. I was unaware that they were mandatory really!!!! Also the information is sent to my probation officer I received the information and felt was untrue Interview assessment stated: I was guarded and resistant (other information) not true but I was very unpleased with the services and felt she was unprofessional everything felt so rushed maybe because of the holidays! I have gone to other Alpha Locations and have not had this problem!"
