"2021 Graduate and to be honest at first I thought once I graduated things would be promising. Only to find out that no employer even accepts/ acknowledges the NHA Certification for Medical Billing and Coding. So I paid all this money to obtain an Associate degree and pass the NHA coding certification with this school only to be told numerous times that this certification isn’t honored. If the school doesn’t offer you an AAPC and AHIMA certification don’t enroll."

"I am a recent graduate from Gwinnett college class of 2018. Gwinnett college has taught me everything I need to know about becoming a Medical Assistant. They offer hands on training in becoming a medical assistant, phlebotomists and billing and coding. The teachers are patient and here for you to learn. You have to be willing to put in the work. From being in the clinic to the business side Gwinnett college has prepared me for everything. They send you out on the field once you have completed the courses. They also help you with job placement. I would recommend this school to anyone trying to get in the medical Feild."

"This school is a complete joke. Waste of time and money. The teachers are a joke along with the administration. I was there for 9 monthd and I didn’t learn anything. I took a medical insurance class and only did written claim forms all day. I learned absolutely nothing about medical insurance. The software they use is antiquated, no one even uses that system anymore. They don’t teach you to prepare you for the exam that you have to take (in which no businesses are looking for the certification you get from this “school”) instead, they have you log on to some online program to learn what you need to learn for the exam. Don’t waste your time or money.... you’ll be in debt for no reason at all. On top of all that...... I finished all my classes and did not get a graduation notice. I heard there was graduation so I emailed them. They were real callous about it and said they sent me an email. Basically like oh well. Well now it’s too late. This school is terrible! Unorganized and unprofessional. Not sure how they are still in business."

"Attending Gwinnett College was a wonderful experience for me. I'm already working, and haven't taken my final exam or graduated, yet. The instructors are fantastic, shout out to Ms. Holland, Mr. Suggs, Mr.T, Dr. McCrea, Ms. Williams and Ms. Middlebrooks!!! If you're serious and ready to jump start your career, they will get you where you need to be. They touch on the small things that some of the bigger colleges and universities don't, which helped me land the job I desired. An overall, wonderful experience."
